For layering or enhancing photos, try this fantastic site – FOR FREE!  http://fotoflexer.com/  My thanks to ShabbyBlogs.com for the tutorial on adding photos and text to custom headers.  Although I can’t use any of the ShabbyBlogs wonderful headers on my WordPress blog, I enjoyed the quick lesson and plan to use FotoFlexer again!  Check out the effects tab and change your photo into a cartoon image like I did!
